We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Glacier Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all treasury products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support Netteller E-banking product parameters, including bank management options and Jack Henry parameters.
  • Assist in setting up new business Treasury customers and remote deposit customers.
  • Perform annual reviews of all Treasury customers.
  • Assist in setting up Positive pay accounts and serve as backup for daily review of Positive pay accounts.
  • Support Electronic Banking customers with Cash Management and Remote Deposit.
  • Support the Commercial Credit Card product by working with the Commercial Credit Card team to provide customers access via online banking to their Commercial Credit Card.
  • Support internal bank staff with customer outreach and education of E-banking products and services available.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Embody our service pledge and provide extraordinary and consistent service to all internal and external customers.
  • Participate in required training, staff meetings, and lobby displays.
  • Participate in Community Service and Bank-sponsored activities that serve and support the mission and values of Glacier Bank.
  • Provide superior internal and external customer service, demonstrating self-governance, courtesy, and respect toward external customers as well as internal customers.
  • Complete required bank training courses within assigned time frames.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent Glacier Bank in a professional manner, including a professional image, confidentiality, a positive can-do attitude, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability in meeting bank and customer needs.
