Key Responsibilities- Maintain and support Netteller E-banking product parameters, including bank management options and Jack Henry parameters.
- Assist in setting up new business Treasury customers and remote deposit customers.
- Perform annual reviews of all Treasury customers.
- Assist in setting up Positive pay accounts and serve as backup for daily review of Positive pay accounts.
- Support Electronic Banking customers with Cash Management and Remote Deposit.
- Support the Commercial Credit Card product by working with the Commercial Credit Card team to provide customers access via online banking to their Commercial Credit Card.
- Support internal bank staff with customer outreach and education of E-banking products and services available.
- Embody our service pledge and provide extraordinary and consistent service to all internal and external customers.
- Participate in required training, staff meetings, and lobby displays.
- Participate in Community Service and Bank-sponsored activities that serve and support the mission and values of Glacier Bank.
- Provide superior internal and external customer service, demonstrating self-governance, courtesy, and respect toward external customers as well as internal customers.
- Complete required bank training courses within assigned time frames.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent Glacier Bank in a professional manner, including a professional image, confidentiality, a positive can-do attitude, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability in meeting bank and customer needs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
