Pediatric Dentistry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Dentistry Specialist to join our team at UPD Dental Associates. As a leading oral health care provider, we offer a safe and supportive work environment that prioritizes employee and patient safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental care for children, adolescents, and adults throughout Western New York.
Our team values education and passion for delivering exceptional patient care. We encourage growth and development opportunities, including cross-training in sterilization and assisting with operative dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery.
To succeed in this position, you must have a current state license to practice dental hygiene (RDH) and excellent communication skills. Bilingual candidates are desirable.
Responsibilities- Provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental care for patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide incentive programs to supplement pay, CE credits, and paid time off for continuing education.
