Salary and Benefits
$185,000-$200,000 annual salary (based on a full-time, 40 hour work week). Compensation is based on skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position-related components. A sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement program are also available.

Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Primary Care Physician to lead cross-functional patient-centric care teams. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary care to our patients of infant, pediatric, and adolescent population. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive patient care and establishing a family partnership whenever possible
  • Ensuring high-quality primary care is delivered cost-effectively and consistently
  • Maintaining electronic medical records in compliance with Neighborhood Health Center's standards
  • Engaging patients, family, and cross-functional care teams in sustained health and well-being

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, licensed in NYS prior to start date
  • Completion of three-year Family Practice Residency, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Residency
  • Board-eligible from American Board of Family Medicine and Med-Peds boards; board certification required within 2 years after completion of residency training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with EHR systems
