Overview

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $192,500, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality primary care to patients of infant, pediatric, and adolescent populations
  • Lead cross-functional patient-centric care teams
  • Establish family partnerships to ensure ongoing patient needs are met
  • Maintain electronic medical records in compliance with organizational standards
  • Engage patients, families, and care teams in sustained health and well-being initiatives
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams and resources to deliver high-quality care
  • Manage limited telephone-only coverage and represent the organization in community outreach activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree
  • Licensure in New York State prior to start date
  • Completion of a three-year Family Practice Residency, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Residency
  • Board eligibility from American Board of Family Medicine and Med-Peds boards; board certification required within two years after residency training
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centric care
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and ability to prioritize resources effectively
