Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management in supervising a team of associates in a retail environment, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Communicate goals and feedback to team members, provide training on processes and procedures, and offer guidance on member service approaches and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support the Open Door Policy, and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating team members.
  • Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Oversee assigned areas of responsibility, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
  • Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Lead and participate in teams, using and sharing resources, information, and tools, and determining customer needs and business priorities.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment, and 6 months customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leading a front-end team, supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
