- Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Oversee assigned areas of responsibility, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds.
- Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
- Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Lead and participate in teams, using and sharing resources, information, and tools, and determining customer needs and business priorities.
- 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment, and 6 months customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Leading a front-end team, supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
