Market Operations Director

The Market Manager will oversee the daily operations of a full-service retail location, setting the standard for a positive branch environment and excellent member service. This role requires effective leadership and coaching to the branch team, ensuring effective communication and serving as a conduit to management with member/employee issues, accolades, and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily branch operations, assigning and directing work of retail and platform teams.
- Establish expectations, communicate goals with the branch team, and provide feedback to ensure metrics are reached.
- As the principal loan officer, confer with members and provide recommendations and guidance related to lending needs.
- Oversee and ensure delivery of excellent member service, consistent with the Pillars of Alabama ONE.
- Represent the branch and Alabama ONE in civic and community activities, partnering with assigned Select Employee Group (SEG) to attract business and increase membership.
Minimum of three to five years of related experience, including leadership and/or supervisory experience. Ability to effectively lead and communicate with the team, displaying a positive attitude and pleasant, professional demeanor. Must demonstrate ability to work toward and attain established goals.
Preferred qualification: Mortgage license.
