Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist Executive to join our team at Executive Search Partners LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of schematics and blueprint reading, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication skills.

This is an in-office position, located in Ontario, and the salary for this role is estimated to be around $75,000 - $95,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
