Job Description

This Industrial Healthcare Specialist role involves developing and implementing comprehensive employee health services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting workplace wellness.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement health programs, including medical screenings, training sessions, and emergency response planning.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to prevent injuries and illnesses.
  4. Provide support for employees with disabilities and develop accommodations as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
  • Certification in occupational health nursing or a related field preferred.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
