Pape' Machinery, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Department Assistant to join their team in Fall River Mills, CA.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Department Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our branch, responsible for ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with data entry, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a customer-facing role a plus.
