Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements and analyses, ensuring timely delivery of all reports.
  • Consolidation and Eliminations: Manage monthly consolidation entries to guarantee the integrity of consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and disclosures.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with subsidiaries to integrate financial results.
  • Monthly Close Activities: Participate in the monthly closing process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • System Integration: Oversee the implementation of accounting systems and best practices.
  • Custom Reporting Support: Facilitate the interface between accounting records and reporting systems.
  • Research: Investigate and resolve accounting issues, ensuring compliance with new accounting standards.
  • Policy Alignment: Ensure the company’s accounting policies align with group standards.
  • Internal Controls: Monitor and enhance internal controls and compliance with authority guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Audit Coordination: Assist in the coordination of annual external audits.
  • Derivative Accounting: Analyze and prepare entries related to derivative transactions.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support management with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Licenses: CPA is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in corporate accounting, including experience with consolidations and financial statement preparation.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with finance and accounting ERP systems, IFRS accounting, and derivative accounting.
  • Industry Background: Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or EPC sectors is advantageous.
  • Big 4 Experience: Experience with a Big 4 firm is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A self-starter with strong communication skills and initiative.
