As a Senior Associate in Turnaround and Restructuring, you will be instrumental in assisting distressed organizations in overcoming financial hurdles. This role is well-suited for individuals with 3-6 years of experience in areas such as restructuring, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, banking, accounting, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Assessment: Execute detailed financial evaluations of troubled companies, focusing on income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to pinpoint issues and opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth due diligence on distressed entities to assess their financial condition, operational effectiveness, and associated risks.
  • Strategy Formulation: Work collaboratively with the team to devise customized turnaround strategies aimed at enhancing the financial health and sustainability of clients.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and sustain intricate financial models to back restructuring initiatives, including sensitivity analyses and scenario planning; experience with 3-statement and 13-week cash flow modeling is essential.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and manage multiple turnaround and restructuring assignments concurrently, ensuring timely execution within budgetary limits.
  • Travel Requirements: Be ready to travel to client locations as necessary to perform on-site evaluations and engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Solid academic credentials with specific finance-related experience.
  • 3-6 years of pertinent experience in restructuring, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, banking, accounting, or investing.
  • Proficient financial analysis and modeling capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with restructuring methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team.
  • Willingness to travel for client-related engagements.
