Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality assurance practices, including writing test plans and cases, creating automated tests, and facilitating user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Create and maintain automated testing scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with impact analysis on affected applications and coordinate testing efforts with programming, DBA, QA, and functional testers.
  • Work with the Business and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution.
  • Support UAT activities and assist with end-user and customer training to ensure a smooth transition to new functionalities.
  • Develop materials and facilitate business working group sessions to gather requirements and provide updates on testing processes.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, applying business and technical acumen to meet project objectives.
  • Analyze requests for change, develop technical design documents, and create implementation plans for new functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on Salesforce environments.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and business processes.
  • Proven experience in writing test plans, test cases, and creating automated tests.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and coordinate solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building relationships across business and IT teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies.
