Silver Spring Healthcare Services - Montgomery County is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance LVN to ensure the highest level of clinical care standards are met in our home health care programs.
Responsibilities:- Analyze and review billable PDN nursing notes, charts, and charting trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Update and coordinate with supervising nurses and external clinical staff regarding changes in patient treatment plans.
- Assist with quality assurance and policy compliance training programs and develop reference materials to resolve inadequacies.
- Review and audit patient charts to ensure high-quality care and proper follow-up patient care.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse with experience in Trach, Vent, and Gtube care.
- Strong experience in Medicare assessments and documentation.
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas (or compact state licensure).
- At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs.
Compensation: $24 - $25 hourly
