Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wexford Health Sources. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and healthy environment for our patients.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and psychosocial dimensions to develop effective care plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and charts.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and make referrals as necessary.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Current, valid IL State Registered Nursing License.
- Current CPR Certification from a recognized organization (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute).
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience; correctional nursing experience a plus.
