Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wexford Health Sources, Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and educating patients and families on health-related topics.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of nursing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements
  • Current, valid IL State Registered Nursing License.
  • Current CPR Certification from a recognized organization (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute).
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience; correctional nursing experience a plus.
