Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wexford Health Sources, Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychological, and psychosocial dimensions to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, MAs, CNAs, and other nursing paraprofessionals, to ensure effective patient care.
- Administer medications safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate records and charts.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and make referrals as necessary.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Current, valid IL State Registered Nursing License.
- Current CPR Certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience; correctional nursing experience a plus.
