About This Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the U.S. Army. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in assisting Soldiers progress in their Army careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with all human resource matters, including strength management and distribution actions.
  • Oversee the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers.
  • Assist with postal and personnel accountability support.
  • Maintain emergency notification data.

Requirements

  • 10 weeks of Basic Training.
  • 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • 17 to 34 Years Old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Meet Tattoo Guidelines.
  • No Major Law Violations.
  • No Medical Concerns.
