Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As an Experiential Therapist, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing experiential therapy programming in all specialized treatment areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct experiential therapy sessions as scheduled
  • Evaluate, plan, and coordinate programming to meet patients' needs
  • Maintain Experiential Therapy environments for safety and supplies
  • Be flexible with work assignments, including schedule changes and program additions
  • Have a good working knowledge of a variety of experiential therapies
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in art, music, dance, recreation, or other therapies required
  • Certification/registration through appropriate credentialing board preferred
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR or American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification required
  • Formal training in management of the aggressive patient required
