**Job Title:** Insurance Office Director
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Office Director to lead our office team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving growth and improving customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including employee supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue increase.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by training and motivating employees.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Active Property & Casualty agent's license required.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
**Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
