The Nabo Group seeks a highly skilled Community Association Director to oversee the management of our growing portfolio of condominiums and homeowner associations in the DC Metro Area and Maine. Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for community association management to join our team. As a Community Association Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and direction to our communities, ensuring that they meet their financial and operational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operation and administration of assigned communities, ensuring compliance with management agreements, state statutes, and community policies.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Attend board meetings, community events, and other functions as required, representing the company and our communities with professionalism and poise.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor corporate and client delinquency rates, implement collections processes, and approve invoices for payment.
  • Prepare annual budgets, review reserve studies, and ensure expenses align with budget targets.
  • Oversee capital improvement and replacement projects, coordinate with maintenance staff, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing HOA's/Condos, with a proven track record of success.
  • Professional certification (CMCA or AMS) preferred, with a strong understanding of community association management principles.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • A degree in a related field (business, management, or real estate) or equivalent experience.
