Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our trans-disciplinary team, you will work closely with families to provide education, training, and support to help their children learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's developmental needs
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education, or child studies
  • 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Ability to use computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply
