Senior Branch Manager

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch organization in Richardson, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, revenue growth, and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that help clients achieve financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
- Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.
- Lead and influence the agenda of a broad range of ecosystem partners.
- Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
- Build a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
