Behaviors A Go-Go is seeking a dedicated professional to work with children on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior-analytic services in client homes or our 14,000 sq ft multidisciplinary activity center
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive services
- Provide support to children and families through direct implementation of behavior-analytic services
- Competitive compensation schedule
- Flexible hours with services typically provided by appointment from 9:00 AM -- 5:00 PM during the week
- Office and all job-related materials and supplies provided
- Paid professional development activities and training opportunities
- Mileage reimbursement according to IRS guidelines
- 401(k) plan and subsidized health insurance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or national equivalent required, college graduates preferred
- Completed 40 hours of pre-hire training and RBT exam within 90 days of employment
