Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Housing Management Resources. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that our facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and coordinate daily work at the site to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Evaluate and perform preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Perform building repairs, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry work, light electrical, painting, and basic appliance repairs to maintain the integrity of our properties.
  • Assign and supervise the work performed by contractor or maintenance employees, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • On-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for maintenance emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in building maintenance and construction, preferably with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to organize work and complete tasks in a timely manner, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.
