Working with:

* Compressed air systems and chillers, as well as industrial and heavy-duty manufacturing machinery, including large chillers and HVAC units on an industrial scale.

Client Relations:
o Establishes and nurtures positive relationships with clients, participating in client meetings.


Maintenance Coordination:
o Oversees and manages repair and maintenance tasks assigned to technicians, vendors, and contractors responsible for building upkeep, landscaping, and cleaning services.

o Reviews work orders to confirm completion of tasks.

Facility Inspections:
o Conducts inspections of facilities and prepares detailed reports.

Project Management:
o Coordinates and manages moves, additions, and changes within the facilities.

o Gathers and evaluates price quotes for procurement of parts, services, and labor for various projects.

o Oversees capital projects, preparing budgets and variance reports.

Vendor Management:
o Manages relationships with vendors and provides training on work order and billing processes. Responsible for processing invoices and ensuring accuracy in cost center coding.

Technology Utilization:
o Utilizes PC and/or PDA for work order systems, email, and training purposes.

Training and Analysis:
o Provides training on processes and procedures.

o Conducts financial and business analysis, including report preparation.

o Assists in budget management.


Additional Responsibilities:
o Oversees and manages repair and maintenance tasks assigned to technicians, vendors, and contractors responsible for building upkeep, landscaping, and cleaning services.

o Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications. Ability to utilize work order systems effectively.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Compensation:
$27.50 per hour

Expected Hours:
Minimum of 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day shifts
  • Monday to Friday

Experience Requirements:

  • Maintenance: 4 years (Required)
* HVAC: 4 years (Required)

  • Facilities management: 1 year (Preferred)
