Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

East Bay Agency for Children (EBAC) is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide leadership and clinical supervision to program staff, working collaboratively with internal and external partners to support and enhance our continuum of services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide trauma-informed clinical and administrative supervision to registered associates and licensed clinicians.
  2. Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff.
  3. Maintain relationships with school site principals and support clinical staff in their relationships at the school sites.
  4. Participate in the agency utilization review process and uphold Alameda County Behavioral Health EPSDT standards.
  5. Support staff in meeting program service delivery and caseload expectations.
  6. Provide crisis consultation and direct crisis intervention services as needed.
Requirements:
  1. LCSW or LMFT meeting all BBS criteria for Clinical Supervisor in a mental health discipline.
  2. Two years post-license experience.
  3. Ability to efficiently use a web-based system for quality review of records and work performed.
  4. Prior personnel management experience preferred.
