We are seeking an exceptional Coffee Sales Advisor to join our team at ActionLink, driving our nationwide sales and promotional campaign for Nespresso. As a key representative for this premium coffee brand, you will showcase its cutting-edge brewing technology, elevate the customer experience, and promote sustainable practices.

Position Overview

  • The ideal candidate will have retail, sales, or training experience, with a passion for coffee-related beverages and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You will serve as an in-store expert, consulting with customers, providing live machine demonstrations, and highlighting the reasons why Nespresso brewing products stand out from the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exude enthusiasm and confidence in representing Nespresso at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
  • Increase product sales and machine registrations by showcasing best-in-class demos, knowledge of products, and expertise in coffee.
  • Maintain tasting tables and demo areas according to hygiene standards and visual requirements.
  • Educate store associates on Nespresso information, ensuring seamless communication with customers.

What We Offer:

  • $22-$24 per hour salary, along with bonus potential and W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule.
  • Benefits include paid time off, optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, and access to a smartphone and tablet for work shifts.
  • Apart from these benefits, you will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds without assistance, and possess reliable transportation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued.
  • A previous background in food demonstration or related fields is considered a plus.
  • A minimum level of professionalism and comfort in presenting to individuals and groups is expected.
