Seasonal E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

At REEDS Jewelers, we're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our E-Commerce department as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including calls, emails, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Process tele-sales transactions and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Actively listen to customers to troubleshoot potential concerns and provide satisfying resolutions.
- Offer knowledgeable insights into our merchandise, services, and funding options.
- Serve as a liaison between our customers and our brick and mortar locations.
