Flood Field Adjuster Role: As a Flood Field Adjuster with Alacrity Solutions, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex process of flood claims. Your responsibilities will include:

Inspecting Damage Sites: Visit flooded properties to assess damage and determine the extent of loss.

Assessing Losses: Evaluate damage to property and estimate costs of repairs or replacement.

Negotiating Settlements: Work with clients and adjusters to negotiate fair settlements and resolve disputes.

Developing Claims Handling Strategies: Implement effective claims handling processes to ensure efficient and accurate resolution of flood claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years property field adjusting experience
  • The ability to obtain an active and current year FCN card if not already in hand
  • The ability and willingness to complete a drug screening
  • An independent adjusting license in your home state (area of work), or a designated home state license if residing in a non-licensing state

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Flexibility: Self-determined scheduling, flexibility to choose own workload, opportunity to develop skills and expertise in disaster recovery and claims handling.
