We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrophysiology Program Coordinator to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a key member of our Cardiology department, you will play a vital role in the success of our Electrophysiology Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procedures with medical device representatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in electrophysiology procedures using advanced systems and equipment.
  • Ensure billing compliance and manage department workflow and procedure completion.
  • Train and educate staff in Electrophysiology Program procedures and protocols.
  • Schedule procedures, maintain inventory, and handle equipment.
  • Contribute to quality initiatives and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Department Director to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the EP program.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Cath Lab/Electrophysiology or Cardiology patient care.
  • Associate degree in Nursing or Radiologic Technology.
  • RCES certified and/or RCVT/RCIS Certified.
  • Strong logical thinking, care coordination skills, and effective communication.
