Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair production equipment in assigned areas, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, using diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with production operators and maintenance team members to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, repair records, and equipment inspections.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools, as well as work at heights and in confined spaces.
