Job Title: Maintenance Person

About the Role:
The Maintenance Person plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our McDonald's restaurant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us provide a clean and welcoming environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Filter oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain the outside grounds, including landscaping and trash removal
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Take out and empty the trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
  • Change light bulbs to ensure adequate lighting throughout the restaurant
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris to prevent damage and ensure proper ventilation
