Position Overview:

REQUIRED:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, ideally within a manufacturing context.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing quality teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across various departments.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and auditing processes.
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods for quality enhancement.
  • Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and achieve significant outcomes.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience in woodworking or cabinetry production.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.
  • Certification as a Quality Manager (CQM) or Quality Engineer (CQE).
