Imagine One Technology & Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Foreign Disclosure and Management Analyst to support the PMA 299 program for H-60 Program and Financial Support Services. This position will provide analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis to support disclosure decisions in accordance with National, DoD, and DoN foreign disclosure documentation and policies.
- Develop and implement disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release.
- Assist and provide FMS case analysis support for a Navy Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) or cooperative program in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Provide recommendations for release of information, technology, and capabilities to a Designated Disclosure Authority (DDA) in accordance with national, DoD, and Navy Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Board (TTSARB) policies.
- Assist with updates or drafting of new documentation for Navy technology transfer policy.
- Review program documentation prior to release to foreign Governments.
- Develop documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy.
- Provide analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export license/technical assistance agreement development.
- Monitor compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develop required documentation for future phases of international programs.
- Coordinate engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals.
- Assist in resolving disclosure questions and issues.
- Oversee tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals.
- Provide support for management of foreign national visits.
- Develop, manage, and staff Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs).
- Provide assistance and support in the management of Export Licenses Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases.
- Develop, participate in, and/or provide International Programs Security training and awareness.
Requirements:
- 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the position description.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A demonstrated working knowledge of National, DoD, and DoN foreign disclosure documentation and policies, as well as process and procedures related to execution of foreign disclosure determination in accordance with referenced policies.
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science required.
Security Requirements:
- U.S Citizenship is required.
- An active Secret clearance is required.
