Job Title: Senior Program Analyst

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to support the PMA 265 Australia IPT in Lexington Park, MD.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide program management services for the PMA 265 Australia IPT, including acquisition and contractual document generation, modification, and review.
  • Coordinate and support program management reviews, technical coordination meetings, conferences, briefings, and other significant program activities and events.
  • Develop and document requirements and plans for acquisition/procurement of systems and products, including acquisition strategies, plans, cost estimates, schedules, specifications, deliverables, and other statutory and regulatory program/acquisition documentation.
  • Identify and analyze issues, record action items, recommend preferred courses of action to resolve action items, prepare draft minutes of meetings, and archive program documentation.
  • Support technology transfer activities by developing required documentation, applying appropriate DoD markings, and routing packages for foreign disclosure release reviews.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development, and administration of government projects.
  • Familiarity with FMS and Defense Security Assistance Programs, SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, and Contract Data Requirements List.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of NAVAIR security/technical transfer and foreign disclosure policies.
  • Knowledge of DoD Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPB&E)/Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
Compensation:

$102,190-153,340 per year, based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.

Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
