Job SummaryEntegee is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for creating and updating manufacturing documents within regulated industries. This is a 6-month position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the field of custom automation projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes
  • Conduct process capability studies and report preparation
  • Design and coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments
  • Procure and fabricate equipment tooling and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot new and existing product/process problems
  • Complete and manage Capital Equipment Request Authorizations (CERA's)
  • Prepare standard reports/documents for technical community
  • Identify and implement equipment requirements to support production goals
  • Train and/or provide work direction to operators/technicians
Requirements
  • BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience creating/updating manufacturing documents within automotive, medical, or aerospace regulated environments
  • US Citizen only
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Six Sigma and Value Improvement projects
  • Familiarity with Capital Equipment Request Authorizations (CERA's)
  • Knowledge of equipment/tooling/fixture design and procurement
