Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a committed individual to become a vital part of our guest services department as a guest services representative. Compensation:

$13 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure that guest accommodations are ready
  • Manage incoming requests for room reservations through various channels including phone, online, and in-person
  • Greet guests warmly, facilitate check-in and check-out processes smoothly, and provide essential information
  • Maintain precise guest records and perform routine bookkeeping duties
  • Effectively resolve any guest inquiries or issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • Capability to handle phone inquiries and navigate challenging situations
