Position Title: Implementation Consultant

Act as an HCM Authority:

Recognizing that not all clients possess the necessary technical skills, time, or resources to effectively navigate every implementation and payroll challenge, FosterThomas deploys a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to alleviate this burden. Our professionals are equipped to address these challenges and devise optimal strategies and solutions for the diverse demands our clients face. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the return on investment of HCM solutions while minimizing the workload for in-house teams.

Role Objective:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work under the guidance of the Vice President of Client & Partner Engagement Strategy, assisting the Project Manager in the effective planning, coordination, and execution of projects to achieve business objectives within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various phases of implementation projects, including data validation, imports, testing, and dual maintenance as needed.
  • Assist in managing daily project activities, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and objectives are met.
  • Ensure that project milestones are achieved successfully.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, ADP, and team members, including coordination with third-party vendors.
  • Track time and manage billable hours to maintain an average of 35-38 hours per week dedicated to client projects.
  • Prepare and present weekly project summaries to clients and management.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with various ADP products (WFN, Enterprise, Vantage, NextGen, GlobalView) in payroll or HR roles, or a combination of both.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HCM systems is essential.
  • Strong Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, are required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
  • A commitment to accountability for individual and team results.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary, which may involve overnight stays.
