Job Overview

At Connvertex Technologies Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the design and implementation of cutting-edge technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical vision and leadership to ensure the successful implementation of Workday ERP architecture.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Workday and other application teams, to identify problem areas and propose enhancements.
  • Process Optimization: Drive organization-wide process optimization by streamlining workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules, as well as emerging technologies and trends.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive IT documentation, and share knowledge with colleagues to drive efficiency throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules, as well as experience with business and technology.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present formally to senior client audiences and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with the Workday Implementation Team.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for creative problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Workday configuration and AWS as a platform, as well as experience in process optimization and deployment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand legislative trends and drive business growth through technical innovation.
