Customer Service Liaison

The City of Seattle is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service Bureau team. This position answers the City of Seattle's main telephone information line and routes electronic service requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to the public
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Route electronic service requests to the correct team
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
