As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing cash transactions, and maintaining a balanced cashier's till.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Ensure interactions with internal and external guests while following the guidelines of our Red Carpet Customer Service Program.
- Cash Handling: Maintain a balanced cashier's till and process cash transactions for casino customers and employees, including cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, travelers cheques, processing currency exchanges, cash advances, and other cash equivalents.
- Player Tracking: Enroll guests into our Players Club, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions to aid with exceptional guest experience.
- Compliance: Comply with Title 31 regulations, report suspicious behavior, flagged patrons, and possible intoxicated guests to a member of management.
- Training and Development: Assist with training new team members and properly verify guests during transactions and interactions to prevent underage guests and improper identification.
- Responsible Gaming: Adhere to responsible gaming guidelines and process Markers, Front Money, and Safekeeping transactions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of cashiering and experience and/or money handling experience.
- Licensing: Must qualify for licensing by the Ohio Gaming Commission.
- Physical Demands: Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas.
