Relief Service Representative Job Description

Miller's Textile Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Relief Service Representative to join our Columbus depot location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for covering special deliveries and installations, as well as service delivery routes as assigned due to driver absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure company truck/vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations and/or customers, drive truck/vehicle to locations and/or customers, collect soiled product from locations and/or customers, and deliver clean product.
  • Grow Our Customer Base: Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily paperwork as required, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Age and Experience: Must be at least 21 years old, with experience in delivery and customer service skills preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day, push/pull heavy carts of product, and communicate, write, and read in English.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with clean driving record required, and must be insurable under our company motor vehicle plan.
