**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service to customers in all interactions. Your primary goal will be to understand customers' needs and make appropriate service and product suggestions to meet their financial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Service: Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, adhering to phone etiquette policies and providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Teller Transactions: Understand and apply policy to accurately complete teller transactions, including cash and check deposits, check cashing, credit payments, savings bonds, wire transfers, and withdrawals.
- Account Management: Open new deposit accounts for personal and business customers, develop knowledge of Bank products and services, and recommend and cross-sell additional Bank services to meet customers' unique needs.
- Cash Handling and Reporting: Demonstrate accurate cash handling and reporting, adhering to all CorTrust policies and handbooks.
- Adaptability: Adapt well to changes in policy and procedures, and complete required training to ensure regulatory compliance.
**Requirements**
- Possesses a combination of education and experience to perform primary duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Adapts easily to system, process, product, policy, and service changes.
- Ability to reason, problem solve, and think critically while maintaining focus on customer service.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, personal diplomacy, and respect.
- Ability to understand and abide by all CorTrust policies, procedures, and applicable banking regulations.
