  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Office Maintenance: Perform routine office tasks, including cleaning, dusting, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of data entry experience, 2 years of customer service experience, and 1 year of Outlook experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and PDF, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
