- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Office Maintenance: Perform routine office tasks, including cleaning, dusting, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Experience: 3 years of data entry experience, 2 years of customer service experience, and 1 year of Outlook experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and PDF, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vacation Time: 40 hours of paid vacation time after 1 year of service.
- Health Insurance: Health, dental, and vision plans offered after 60 days of employment.
- Birthday Off: Paid birthday off for all employees.
- 401K Plan: 401K plan available after 1 year of service.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
