We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team at the Pallotta School. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide BCBA services to support the behavioral and educational needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individual Behavior Support Plans based on functional behavior assessments
- Provide BCBA services as outlined on individual education plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Document progress and maintain data collection systems
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with LABA preferred
- Superior interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to take initiative and guide behavioral treatment for youth
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data collection software
- Commitment to highest quality of care and patient confidentiality
