We are seeking a qualified Bus Driver to join our team at Twin Rivers Unified School District. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, as well as on special trips and athletic events.
Responsibilities- Drive a regular school bus, including those with special features and equipment, over designated and special routes.
- Transport students on special trips and athletic events.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus.
- Valid Commercial Class A or B Driver's License.
- Medical examination card.
- Valid California Special Driver Certificate with PS Endorsement.
- Valid CPR and ARC First Aid Certificates.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 20 hours of classroom instruction related to skills, regulations, and safety requirements for driving a school bus.
- 20 hours of instruction behind the wheel of a school bus.
