We're seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our shuttle buses, transporting passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service.

You'll be the face of our company, representing SP+ and our values to our customers. You'll be responsible for performing vehicle inspections, maintaining the cleanliness of our buses, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, answering questions and providing directions to our customers.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of our buses.
  • Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers as needed.
  • Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license and have an acceptable DMV record.
  • Report any known accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
  • Communicate with the garage office about any issues or concerns.
  • Substitute for Cashiers or Valets as needed, if authorized.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the area and be able to assist customers with directions.
  • Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, you'll need to have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience. You'll also need to possess a valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement and a Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).

You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. You'll also need to be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and be able to write simple correspondence.
