Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler 3 to join our warehouse team at Dexcom. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, and ship materials in accordance with company procedures and safety protocols.
  • Operate a variety of material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a material handling or warehouse environment.
  • 1 year of experience operating electric powered material handling equipment.
  • Basic computer data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
