**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Operations Manager to join our team at Wave Resort. As the second in command, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day functioning of our hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Interface with department heads to direct and implement policies for the entire hotel

• Represent the hotel's leadership and interact with guests to answer any questions they may have

• Support the General Manager in their administrative duties

• Interview and hire new employees

• Receive and resolve guest complaints

• Assign duties to department heads and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures

• Support the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day-to-day operation of the hotel

• Step in and act as General Manager in their absence

**Requirements:**

• A bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field

• At least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Familiarity with OSHA, local Department of Health regulations, and relevant current laws governing the handling of hazardous substances

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
