  • Build strong relationships with members, encouraging regular attendance and participation.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor through an accredited organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc.).
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before hire).
  • Previous experience teaching group fitness classes preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of participants.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
